Eva of Argentina , is a fictional animated movie, with a few brushstrokes of documentary footage.

Eva, a little girl born in a small inland town in Buenos Aires province, who was an illegitimate daughter and therefore rejected by society, would become the woman who conquered the unquestioned love of the people, arising the hatred of the most powerful classes in a sexist-rooted society.

Her sudden death, the kidnap of her embalmed corpse, and its mysterious wandering throughout the world, have created the myth of Eva Perón, whose return is constantly claimed by a people who has felt adrift ever since Eva departed.

Rodolfo Walsh, writer and journalist, would be in charge of following the trace of this woman, shedding light on this quest, crowded with mysteries and intrigues, and would eventually arrive to the true story of Eva de la Argentina.
